Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Couples Photo Books ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Couples Photo Books provides a platform for creating personalized photo books. You upload photos and memories, and our professional designers create a beautiful keepsake book for you. The Service includes:

• Photo and memory upload and organization tools
• Professional book design services
• Book preview and revision capabilities
• Printing and shipping of physical photo books

User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos, text, and other content you upload to our Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to use, copy, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Content Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws
• Your content does not contain illegal, harmful, or objectionable material

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including all designs, templates, graphics, and software, is owned by Couples Photo Books and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without our written consent.

Payments and Orders

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change. Promotional prices and discounts may be available for limited times.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information.

Order Fulfillment

After payment, your book will be printed and shipped to the address provided. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once printing has begun. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues with quality or errors on our part. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you have concerns.

Design Revisions and Change Requests

We want you to be completely satisfied with your photo book design. Our revision policy ensures a fair and transparent process for design changes.

Initial Design Review

After we create your book design, you will have the opportunity to preview it and request changes before purchase. One round of reasonable revisions is included as part of the design process at no additional charge.

Change Request Process

You may submit change requests through our platform by either describing your changes in writing or scheduling a consultation with our design team. All change requests are subject to review by our team.

Revision Fees

Depending on the nature and extent of requested changes, additional fees may apply. We reserve the right to:

• Approve changes without additional charge for minor adjustments
• Require payment for extensive changes, major redesigns, or multiple revision rounds
• Decline requests that are impractical, technically infeasible, or outside the scope of our services

You will always be notified of any required fees before work begins on your revision. Fees must be paid before revision work proceeds. We will clearly communicate the reason for any charges and provide you with the opportunity to modify your request if desired.

Request Denials

In some cases, we may need to decline a change request. This may occur when a request is technically impossible, would significantly compromise the quality of the book, or falls outside the scope of services we provide. If your request is declined, we will provide an explanation and, where possible, suggest alternatives.

Timeline

We strive to respond to all change requests within 1-2 business days. The time to complete revisions varies depending on the complexity of the changes requested.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' rights
• Upload harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COUPLES PHOTO BOOKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your settings or by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
